- Manage end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and references
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Experienced required 2-3 years
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements
- Handle attendance, leave records, and basic HR operations
- Assist in maintaining a positive and productive work culture
- Prepare HR reports and hiring trackers using Excel/Google Sheets
Pay: ₹18,607.41 - ₹26,000.00 per month
