Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed./D.El.Ed. preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Passion for working with primary school students.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Teacher in classroom instruction and daily academic activities.
- Support students individually and in small groups to enhance learning.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom resources.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Assist in conducting assessments and maintaining student records.
- Supervise students during school activities, assemblies, and breaks.
- Participate in PTMs, school events, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
