About the Role:
GlowMed Clinics is one of Kerala’s fastest-growing medical aesthetics brands. We are looking for an organized, high-efficiency Clinic Manager / Clinic In-Charge to lead daily operations at our premium facility in Kowadiar, Trivandrum.
Your main responsibility is to keep the clinic running flawlessly. You will act as the central anchor of the facility, coordinating between different departments—including our medical team of doctors, the front desk, sales, and administration—to ensure a seamless, luxury experience for every patient from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow, punctual scheduling, and adherence to premium service protocols.
Inter-Departmental Coordination: Synchronize workflows between the medical team, front-of-house staff, and the marketing/sales department to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
Patient Experience Oversight: Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality, address patient feedback immediately, and ensure client comfort and privacy.
Staff & Facility Supervision: Manage daily rosters, monitor staff performance, and maintain strict quality control regarding clinic hygiene, safety, and presentation.
Inventory & Compliance: Track clinical inventory, manage vendor relations, and ensure all operational and medical compliance guidelines are strictly followed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Operations Manager, or Center Head (experience in premium healthcare, hospitality, luxury salons, or wellness centers is highly preferred).
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure operational challenges calmly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
