Job Overview
Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a Solar O&M Engineer (Operations & Maintenance) to support the monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of solar power systems across Kerala. The role involves ensuring optimal system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining the efficiency of installed solar installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of solar power systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of solar plants
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems
- Coordinate with installation and service teams for repairs and upgrades
- Maintain service reports and system performance records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Provide technical support during system maintenance and service visits
- conduct technical site visit
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy Engineering years experience in solar installation, operations, or maintenance
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical components
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Kerala
- Good reporting and communication skills
