Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's end-to-end daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across Sales, Logistics, HR, Finance, MIS, and Data Analytics to achieve monthly business targets and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Monitor monthly forecasts, sales targets, and operational KPIs, taking corrective actions when performance gaps are identified.
- Supervise BDM and BDE teams by tracking lead conversions, productivity, and order achievement.
- Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely dispatch, delivery success, and efficient order fulfillment.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, MIS, and Data Analytics to improve operational efficiency and accountability.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve productivity and streamline operational processes.
- Resolve operational issues promptly through data-driven decision-making.
- Lead department heads, enforce accountability, and maintain a high-performance work culture.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of monthly forecast and operational targets.
- Lead conversion rate and sales productivity.
