Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Security Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of company premises, staff, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security guards and security activities.
- Monitor entry and exit of personnel and vehicles.
- Maintain security records and incident reports.
- Conduct regular security inspections and patrols.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies.
- Handle emergencies and coordinate with management when required.
- Maintain discipline and proper deployment of security staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security supervision.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage security teams effectively.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and reporting.
- Physically fit and responsible.
