About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Content Writer who can create compelling content across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in social media content creation, brand communication, scriptwriting, and long-form content development. The candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging content that strengthens brand presence, drives audience engagement, and supports marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
- Create engaging and platform-specific content for:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Twitter (X)
- YouTube
- Develop monthly content calendars and content strategies for multiple brands.
- Write captions, social media posts, carousels, reels concepts, stories, polls, and engagement-driven content.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.
Script Writing
- Write creative and informative scripts for:
- YouTube videos
- Reels and Short Videos
- Brand Promotional Videos
- Corporate Videos
- Product Explainer Videos
- Podcasts and Interviews
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring content concepts to life.
Brand Content Development
- Create brand narratives, communication frameworks, and messaging guidelines.
- Develop website content, landing page content, company profiles, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
- Understand brand positioning and translate it into impactful content.
Long-Form Content Writing
- Write high-quality:
- Blogs
- Articles
- Thought Leadership Content
- Industry Reports
- Case Studies
- Whitepapers
- Guest Posts
- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization.
Content Strategy & Research
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
- Generate innovative content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Design, and Business Development teams to execute content strategies.
SEO Content Writing
- Create SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
- Perform keyword research and optimize content for search engines.
- Improve organic visibility through content optimization techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in content writing and social media content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, scripts, blogs, articles, and brand content.
- Excellent command of English grammar, storytelling, and copywriting.
- Experience writing for multiple industries and brands.
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO content writing and content marketing.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience working with content management systems and AI-assisted content tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Agency background preferred.
- Experience managing content for B2B and B2C brands.
- Experience in IT, Technology, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, E-commerce, or Corporate Branding domains and so on
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
