Job Summary
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage channel partners for Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, and other ELV solutions. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the partner network, driving sales, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
- Drive sales of Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, and related security solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new channel partners.
- Support partners with product presentations, quotations, and technical coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and customers.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams for successful project execution.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in Channel Sales for Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, or ELV products.
- Good knowledge of leading brands such as Honeywell, Hikvision, CP Plus, Bosch, Dahua, Axis, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel for customer and partner meetings.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
