Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation operations.
- Schedule vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely dispatch and arrivals.
- Coordinate with vendors, drivers, schools/clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with transportation policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and driver documentation.
- Track and resolve transportation-related issues and delays.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs when required.
- Prepare transportation reports and operational updates.
- Optimize routes and transportation costs while maintaining service quality.
- Handle emergency situations and provide prompt resolutions.
Pay: ₹10,075.81 - ₹32,509.61 per month
