We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to drive business growth in Industrial Data Center, UPS, Precision Cooling (HVAC), and Power Infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or HVAC Engineering, while an MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage. Fresh engineering graduates with a passion for technical sales are encouraged to apply, along with candidates having up to three years of experience in B2B sales of electrical, HVAC, UPS, industrial automation, or infrastructure solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads through consultants, contractors, channel partners, and direct customer engagement, and building long-term relationships with customers across industrial, commercial, healthcare, IT/ITES, manufacturing, education, banking, hospitality, and data center sectors. The Sales Engineer will understand customer requirements, conduct product presentations, recommend suitable UPS, Precision Cooling, HVAC, and Data Center solutions, prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and techno-commercial quotations, review tenders and RFQs, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure successful order closure and customer satisfaction. The candidate will also support channel partners, maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports and forecasts, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and contribute to achieving business targets through solution-based selling. Applicants should possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a basic understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, data center infrastructure, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of 3-Phase UPS Systems, Precision Cooling, HVAC Systems, Electrical Distribution, Battery Systems, Server Racks, Power Distribution Units (PDUs), Energy Efficiency Solutions, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM software, and basic AutoCAD will be an added advantage. The role requires a self-motivated, customer-oriented professional with a strong learning attitude, willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
