Job Summary:
The HRBP will play an important role of driving execution the organization//'s talent strategy. The incumbent will manage key HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent engagement, development and performance management, Employee Engagement, Learning & development. The ideal candidate will have 4+years of experience and excel in interpersonal skills, communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:·
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
Design a Talent management system for the organization involving building a competency framework linked to organizational strategy.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
Identify training and development needs; coordinate and facilitate learning and development programs.
Support career development planning and succession planning for critical roles.
Execution of performance management processes, like goal setting, performance reviews, and appraisal feedback.
Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
Support the implementation of programs and initiatives to motivate and retain top talent.
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide answers on HR policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
PGDM/MBA/MA-PM&IR in HR or an equivalent degree from reputed colleges.
4+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering, talent acquisition and talent management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
