Business Development Executive
Location: Field-Based Thanjavur
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary:
Infinity Crest Group Private Limited is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to expand our client base and promote our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving business growth targets through field activities and direct client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads from potential clients.
- Meet prospective clients and present IT service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Prepare and submit daily activity and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field work.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is an added advantage.
