Purpose of Position
- Increase turnover and market share by identifying the market’s needs and wants and enhancing our customers’ advantages by using DEIF products and solutions
- Creating growth by providing an expanded and differentiating scope-of-supply
- Plan and execute the defined Sales strategy and targets for your sales area
Major Responsibilities and Mandates
- Budget responsible for customers/markets/sales areas
- Maintaining & developing current customers and potential customers (expanding position in market)
- Make quotations according to the quality instruction described in our quality management system
- Give input to budgets, actions plans and price lists
- Create and Execute Sales & Marketing plan for the area of responsibility, set goals, receivables and profitability for the area of responsibility
- Deliver YoY growth as per budget
- Can sell products/solutions up 750.000DKK (above will require SVP approval)
Working Tasks
- Sales and marketing to existing as well as new potential markets and customers
- Budget management for selected customers
- Coordination of sales efforts with the internal sales organization, agents and distributors
- Provide feedback on relevant market information, conduct market research, etc.
- Preparation and implementation of action plans, sales budgets and implementation and follow-up on these
- Negotiate, coordinate and maintain supply agreements
- Developing new customers targeted by the company by introducing the products, conducting demo/ trials for approvals and secure rate contracts / orders from the customers
- Actively sell DEIF products to new and existing customers including making “cold calls”
- Customer visits or business trips in the range of 120 to 140 days per year
- Execute product seminars, training, demonstration
- Follow process of price manager and entering relevant leads & visits in CRM
Qualifications
- Experience or trained in international sales and experience with export sales of technical products and solutions
- Technical education or commercial education
- Technical understanding to identify customer needs and translate them into solutions
- 5 - 8 years of operational experience with at least 3 years as Sales Account Manager in a multinational organisation preferably in electrical / Industrial automation business

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
