We are looking for a highly analytical Payroll & Compensation Specialist to drive our end-to-end payroll operations, optimize compensation structures, and ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, structure, and optimize Compensation & Benefits (C&B) packages to align with current tax regulations and company budgets.
Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle, ensuring flawless execution of salary disbursements, F&F settlements, and leave encashments.
Execute timely statutory remittances and return filings, specifically focusing on EPF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), and LWF.
Resolve employee grievances related to compensation structuring, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.
Qualifications & Eligibility
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in payroll processing, compensation structuring, and statutory compliance.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree strictly in Finance or Commerce (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and modern HRMS/ERP payroll systems.
- Expertise: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory payroll compliance components
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
