Job Description
Ajanta Footcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Store Manager to manage our store operations in Bolpur, West Bengal.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail store operations, team management, customer service, inventory management, and achieving sales targets.
Experience Required
- 1–4 years of experience in Retail Operations as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Retail Store Manager
- Experience in Footwear Retail, Apparel Retail, or any Retail Showroom is mandatory
- Candidates with strong team-handling and store-management experience will be preferred
Salary & Benefits
- ₹14,000–₹15,000 Net Take-Home Salary per month

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Achieve sales targets and drive store performance
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries
- Manage and supervise store staff
- Handle inventory management and stock control
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising
- Maintain store housekeeping and operational standards
- Monitor billing and POS activities
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Coordinate with the management team for smooth store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Knowledge of visual merchandising
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with POS/Billing Software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
