Operations Manager (Defence Background Preferred)
We are seeking a disciplined and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily production operations and manage stock efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily production activities
- Oversee inventory and stock management
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Maintain operational records and reports
- Handle communication and correspondence via email
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Requirements:
- Candidate must be from a defence background (Army, Navy, Air Force, BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB)
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate professionally over email
- Excellent leadership, discipline, and organizational skills
- Experience in operations, production, or logistics preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
