We are looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, scheduling meetings, and promoting our digital marketing and website development services.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.
- Introduce company services and explain their benefits.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain lead records.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
- Experience in digital marketing or IT services industry is a plus.
