Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices and quality management systems.
Monitor compliance with industry standards (MIL-STD, ISO).
Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
Work closely with engineering and sales teams to align operations with project timelines.
Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
