About the Role
Blue PMS Software Solutions is looking for a motivated Implementation Engineer to support software deployment, customer onboarding, training, and technical support activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with customers, solving technical issues, and ensuring successful software implementation.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure software solutions for customers
- Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding, and user training
- Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits
- Troubleshoot software, application, and system-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Install and configure software, printers, and related devices
- Maintain implementation and support documentation
- Ensure successful customer adoption and satisfaction
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking concepts (IP Address, DNS, Remote Desktop)
- Basic understanding of APIs and software integrations
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel for customer implementations
Qualifications
- B.Sc, BCA, Diploma, BE/B.Tech, or any graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–8 years) can apply
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
