Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, UI designers, and development teams to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for our products. Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design process, from discovery and research through ideation, design, and testing, to ensure user-centered design solutions.- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, UI, and engineering, to ensure alignment between design and technical feasibility.
- Use data and analytics to make informed design decisions and iteratively improve user experiences.
• Participate in and lead design reviews, gathering feedback and making improvements to designs. • Maintain and update UX guidelines, principles, and best practices to promote consistency and quality across products.
- Advocate for the user and maintain a high standard for usability, accessibility, and inclusivity in all design solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- 4+ years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or Adobe XD.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and information architecture.
- Experience with user research methodologies and tools, including persona creation, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, with a focus on problemsolving, creativity, and an eye for detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights from A/B testing, heatmaps, or user analytics tools informs better design decisions, aligning with user needs and business goals.
- Knowledge of motion design principles enhances user experiences by creating intuitive transitions and interactions, improving usability and engagement.
- Understanding basic front-end development allows UX designers to create feasible designs, collaborate effectively with developers, and consider technical constraints.
