Job Summary
The Printing & Dyeing Follow-Up Executive is responsible for coordinating and tracking all activities related to fabric processing, including dyeing, printing, and finishing. The role ensures timely execution, quality compliance, and smooth communication between vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Follow-Up

Monitor daily dyeing and printing production status

Track job cards, lot movements, and process stages

Ensure on-time delivery as per the production plan
2. Vendor Coordination
-
Maintain regular communication with processing units
-
Coordinate for shade approvals, strike-offs, and samples
-
Address delays, rework, and escalate issues when required
3. Quality Control Support
-
Check shade matching, color consistency, and print quality
-
Coordinate with the QA team for approvals and inspections
-
Ensure defects are identified and corrective actions are taken
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of dyeing lots, printing details, and approvals

Update daily production reports and follow-up sheets

Track pending orders, rejections, and reprocessing
5. Planning & Scheduling

Assist in planning dyeing and printing schedules

Prioritize urgent orders and coordinate accordingly
6. Inventory & Material Tracking

Track fabric movement between units
-
Ensure availability of greige fabric, dyes, and chemicals

Coordinate with stores and purchase teams
Required Skills

Knowledge of textile dyeing and printing processes

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field

1–5 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
