**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor academic activities across departments
* Ensure timely completion of syllabus and maintain academic standards
* Supervise and support faculty members in curriculum delivery and classroom management
* Develop academic schedules, timetables, and lesson plans
* Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and training sessions for faculty development
* Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies
* Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation
* Collaborate with management for policy implementation and academic planning
* Ensure adherence to institutional and regulatory guidelines
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
* Master’s Degree in a relevant field (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred)
* 5–10 years of teaching and/or academic coordination experience
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Proficiency in academic planning and administration
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple responsibilities
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience in school/academic administration
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technologies
