About the Role
Cambridge Infotech is seeking a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in modern full-stack web development technologies, with an added focus on AI-assisted development workflows, preparing the next generation of tech talent for industry-ready roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Introduce and guide learners on integrating AI tools into development workflows
- Design and update training curriculum, assignments, and practical projects
- Mentor students, resolve technical doubts, and track learning progress
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student understanding and readiness
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and practices is a plus
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
