Job Summary: Prepare optimized laser nesting and CNC programs to maximize material utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare nesting and CNC programs.
- Optimize sheet utilization and manage remnants.
- Verify DXF files and issue nesting sheets.
- Coordinate with production and planning.
Required Skills: AutoCAD, SigmaNEST/CypNest/Lantek/RADAN/BySoft, Excel.
Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech Mechanical.
Experience: 2–5 years.
KPIs: Material utilization, scrap %, on-time nesting, CNC accuracy.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
