We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and dedicated Hostel Warden for our residential CBSE school campus. The ideal candidate will supervise students, ensure a safe and supportive residential environment, and manage daily hostel operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Student Management & Discipline: Maintain discipline, manage daily routines, conduct attendance, and monitor study hours, meals, and student activities.
Safety & Well-being: Ensure the overall safety, security, hygiene, and emotional well-being of all residents.
Hostel Administration: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of hostel premises. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student activities and routines.
Conflict Resolution & Emergency Handling: Resolve conflicts, address student concerns, and manage emergency or crisis situations efficiently.
Communication: Coordinate proactively with parents, teachers, and school management to report issues or give updates regarding student progress and well-being.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Age Limit: Below 50 years
Language Proficiency: Must be able to converse fluently in both Malayalam and English.
Experience: Previous experience in a hostel or residential school environment is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and student-management abilities.
