We are looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Event Planner & Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, employee engagement activities, celebrations, and special occasions.
The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring every event runs smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, celebrations, team-building activities, meetings, and employee engagement programs.
- Develop event concepts, themes, schedules, and execution plans.
- Coordinate all event activities from initial planning through successful completion.
- Ensure events are delivered on time and within the approved budget.
Vendor & Logistics Management
- Identify, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors, venues, caterers, decorators, entertainers, photographers, and other service providers.
- Manage event-related bookings, payments, materials, transportation, and logistics.
- Ensure all vendors deliver services as agreed and resolve issues promptly.
On-Site Coordination
- Manage event setup, décor, seating, catering, activities, and overall arrangements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors during the event.
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure proper event closure and vendor coordination after the event.
Budget & Documentation
- Prepare event budgets and maintain expense records.
- Track quotations, invoices, payments, and vendor details.
- Prepare event checklists, schedules, and post-event reports.
- Evaluate event performance and gather feedback for future improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in event planning, event coordination, hospitality, corporate events, or employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when required for events.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
