We are seeking a results-driven and proactive professional to join our Business Development function as an Assistant Business Development Manager. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, market expansion, and strategic relationship management.
The position requires frequent travel, field engagement, and strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Drive execution of new business development and marketing initiatives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify new leads through market research and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Scheduling the audit and informing all relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting the Audit, including documentation review, interviews, and site inspections to assess compliance and identify potential issues.
- Recording observations, documenting nonconformities, and generating an audit report with recommendations for improvement.
- Discussing preliminary findings and addressing any immediate concerns by implementing corrective actions based on audit findings and scheduling follow-u audits to verify their effectiveness.
- Factory audits provide a detailed assessment Checklist of a Customer's overall capabilities, including their Products, infrastructure, processes, quality control systems and workforce.
- Audit to help ensure that products meet consistent quality standards
- Audits to verify compliance with industry regulations, contractual obligations, and ethical practices.
- To identify potential risks or non-compliance issues in the supply chain,and mitigate potential risks.
- Audits to demonstrate a commitment to quality and ethical practices, building trust with customers, which would build partnerships and collaborations
- Develop and manage pipeline for untapped markets and industry segments.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and up-selling.
- Represent the company at relevant conferences, exhibitions, and business forums.
- Prepare commercial proposals and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain daily activity logs and report sales progress to senior management.
- Submit detailed monthly and quarterly sales forecasts for assigned region.
- Create and follow approved travel itineraries for outstation visits.
- Conduct market surveys for new product feasibility assessments.
- Collaborate with global counterparts and contribute to cross-border coordination.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
