Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Head – Acquisitions to join our growing sales team. This is an individual contributor role focused on acquiring new customers, expanding into new markets, and driving revenue growth through consultative solution selling.
The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a proven track record in B2B sales, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to engage decision-makers across organizations.
What Will You Do:

Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities across targeted industries and regions.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead generation.

Qualify leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Collaborate with pre-sales and technical specialists during product demonstrations and solution discussions.

Develop compelling commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and close complex sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Account Managers, Customer Success, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities where applicable.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and C-level executives.
What Makes You A Good Fit:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Proven experience in B2B solution sales, enterprise sales, or SaaS sales.

Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Experience engaging with senior decision-makers and C-level executives.
