Narayana e-Techno School, ECITY, is seeking a passionate and dynamic Soft Skills Teacher to enhance students' communication, personality development, and overall confidence.
The ideal candidate should be capable of engaging students across grades and helping them build essential life skills aligned with academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured sessions on communication skills, public speaking, and personality development
- Conduct activities focused on confidence building, leadership, and teamwork
- Train students in verbal and non-verbal communication
- Support students in improving presentation and interpersonal skills
- Organize workshops, group discussions, and interactive learning sessions
- Collaborate with academic staff to integrate soft skills into the curriculum
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred: English, Psychology, or related field)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresher or 1 year experience are preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Energetic, confident, and student-focused approach
- Ability to handle middle and high school students
- Creative in designing interactive sessions
- Bangalore settled
