Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in assigned wards as per hospital protocols
- Monitor patient condition (vitals, symptoms, progress) and report changes to doctors
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids as prescribed
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
- Ensure infection control practices and hygiene standards are followed
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medications, and discharge care
- Coordinate with other departments for tests, procedures, and patient transfers
- Handle medical equipment safely and ensure proper usage
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
