- Generate new B2B business from wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and jewellery stores across India.
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and field visits.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Present new collections and product catalogues to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Collect customer feedback and share market trends with the management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
