Performance Marketing Executive / Manager
Location: South Kolkata (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Generate and analyze performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Track and report key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media Management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Certification in Google Ads or related platforms will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates residing in South Kolkata or nearby areas.
- Candidates with convenient Metro connectivity for daily office commute.
