Role Overview
We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Order Management Executive to handle our daily farm ordering process during early morning operations. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth procurement, timely milk collection, and uninterrupted customer deliveries.
The candidate should be comfortable working in early morning hours, possess strong MS Excel skills, and have excellent communication abilities to coordinate efficiently with farms and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process daily milk and product orders based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with partner farms to place orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain daily procurement and order records in MS Excel.
- Ensure timely communication with farms regarding quantity requirements and updates.
- Monitor order confirmations and escalate any supply-related issues immediately.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accuracy in ordering to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Generate daily reports and operational updates.
- Ensure the complete ordering process is completed promptly every morning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG operations, procurement, supply chain, or related roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and strict timelines.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in dairy, food, or D2C operations will be an added advantage.
