Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Structural Design Engineer with experience in Ports & Harbour projects to join our design team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, and detailing of marine and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant Indian and international design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analysis of marine structures such as jetties, quay walls, berths, dolphins, breakwaters, and other port infrastructure.
- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Perform structural modelling and analysis using STAAD Pro and other design software.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, marine, and civil engineers.
- Review design deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical support during project execution.
- Conduct site visits and provide engineering support when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in designing marine structures such as jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, and waterfront facilities.
- Exposure to international standards such as PIANC, BS, AASHTO, etc.
- Experience working with engineering consultancy organizations.

- 5+ years of experience in structural design consultancy.
- Hands-on experience in Ports & Harbour / Marine Infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
- Proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Knowledge of Indian and international design codes.
- Understanding of marine loading, wave forces, vessel impact loads, and coastal engineering concepts.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
