We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Salesman to support B2B sales operations, expand the MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet) network, and strengthen distributor and retailer relationships across assigned territories. The role focuses on primary and secondary sales execution, order generation, market coverage, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate primary and secondary sales through distributors and MBO retail partners
- Visit assigned MBO stores, retailers, and dealers to promote and sell apparel products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and merchandising at retail outlets
- Execute sales plans and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, trends, and customer feedback
- Support distributor onboarding and expansion in new areas
- Follow up on orders, payments, deliveries, and stock movement
- Ensure adherence to company sales policies, pricing, and brand guidelines
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports and market updates
- Coordinate with the sales manager and internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Apparel B2B / MBO / Retail Sales
- Experience working with distributors and multi-brand outlets (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of local markets and retail sales dynamics
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / sales reporting tools is an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
