Role description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.NET Full Stack Developer) with strong experience in ASP.NET Core, Angular (8+), Azure, C#, and SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack development, database design, RESTful APIs, unit testing, code reviews, and modern software development practices. Exposure to Generative AI integrations will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using Angular 8+, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.
- Design database schemas, create and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and queries.
- Utilize Entity Framework for Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) and efficient database access.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web applications following modern UI/UX principles.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across the application stack.
- Participate in software construction activities, including new feature development, enhancement of existing applications, code refactoring, and third-party solution integration.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs, effort estimates, and implementation plans.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation using Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Product Owners, and Architects.
- Support the integration of Generative AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Web Application Development.
- Experience designing relational database schemas and developing stored procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework (ORM).
- Experience implementing RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of MVC Architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with Dependency Injection (IoC Containers).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
