Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Process payroll inputs and coordinate salary disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
- Conduct employee orientation and induction programs.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Handle warning letters, suspension, and termination processes.
- Plan and conduct employee training and development sessions.
- Monitor employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Coordinate statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc., as applicable).
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower planning.
- Support audits and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and disciplinary standards are followed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
