Grace Cancer Foundation (GCF), Hyderabad, is seeking a Digital Operations Lead to manage and strengthen our core digital systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and enhance NeoPact (medical records platform)
- Manage and update GCF websites
- Ensure smooth functioning of digital systems and applications
- Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize system downtime
- Support backend operations, integrations, and database management
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support / development
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Basic knowledge of frontend/backend web technologies
- Familiarity with databases, APIs, or CMS tools
Good to Have:
- Experience in healthcare technology systems
