We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to join our team and manage daily data entry and computer system operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and computer-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and software.
- Handle customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize digital records and documents.
- Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
- Handle basic administrative and office-related tasks.
- Operate computer systems, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Ensure proper backup and confidentiality of company data.
- Coordinate with team members to support daily operations.
- Report any system or data-related issues to the concerned department.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer operations.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
