Job Title: Automobile Workshop Supervisor

Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily workshop operations and service activities.
* Lead and coordinate technicians and mechanics for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
* Diagnose technical issues and ensure timely completion of repair work.
* Monitor job quality, productivity, and adherence to safety standards.
* Plan preventive maintenance schedules and manage workshop resources.
* Maintain service records, job cards, and inventory of spare parts.
* Coordinate with customers and provide technical guidance when required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor in commercial vehicle service centers.
* Strong hands-on experience with BharatBenz, Tata Motors, and Mahindra vehicles.
* Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to handle workshop planning and customer service effectively.
