Executive Assistance:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for executive review.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports for the Founders.
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Compile and present research findings to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor industry news and updates to keep the team informed of relevant developments.
Administration Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
HR Process Management:
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and performance management.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Process Implementation:
- Work with the Founders to identify areas for operational improvement and implement effective processes.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various functions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments.
Skill Set Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or operations role, preferably within the renewable energy or EPC industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
