Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and database management
- Promote company event services to potential clients
- Maintain and update the client database regularly
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with prospects
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales and events team for smooth execution
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in event sales / tele-calling / lead generation
- Strong communication and convincing skills
