Job Title: Stock Market Trader (Day Trading – Indian Markets)
We are looking for experienced Stock Market Traders with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on day trading experience in the Indian equity and derivatives markets. The role focuses on executing disciplined intraday trades, managing risk effectively, and consistently applying proven trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute intraday trades in NSE/BSE – Equity, Futures & Options
- Analyze market movements using technical analysis, price action, indicators, and volume
- Identify and act on high-probability intraday trading opportunities
- Actively monitor and manage open positions
- Follow strict risk management and capital protection rules
- Maintain daily trade journals and performance reports
- Stay updated with Indian market news, economic events, and corporate announcements
- Adhere to company trading policies, drawdown limits, and compliance guidelines
- Continuously refine and improve trading strategies based on performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven day trading experience in Indian Markets
- Strong understanding of market structure and order execution
- Proficiency in technical analysis and charting platforms
- Ability to trade with discipline under pressure
- Solid knowledge of risk–reward ratios, position sizing, and drawdown management
Preferred Skills
- Experience in scalping, momentum trading, or breakout strategies
- Familiarity with platforms such as TradingView or Zerodha Kite
- Experience trading personal capital or managed accounts
Compensation & Benefits
