Job Description:
We're seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting sales.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and stock management
- Assist with processing transactions, handling returns, and managing inventory
- Support sales and promotions to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
