We are looking for a senior HR leader who can build the right team, capability, culture and systems required for our next phase ofgrowth.
The Role
We are looking for a mature, people-focused and business-oriented VP – Human Resources to work closely with the Founder and leadership team.
This is more than a conventional HR role. The mandate is to build the team, drive the Corporate Financial Inclusion Program, establish a strong Learning & Development ecosystem, and create a culture of ownership, learning and performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent & Organisation Building
Own the talent strategy and ensure quality and timely hiring in partnership with the
recruitment team.
Help build the organisation with the right people in the right roles.
2. Learning & Capability Development
Build a comprehensive LCD ecosystem for employees and business associates.
Develop simple, engaging learning modules covering financial products, investment strategies
and personal finance.
Create learning decks, workshops, assessments and mock tests for certification courses.
Build structured learning journeys for employees, managers, business associates and
emerging leaders.
3. Corporate Financial Wellness Initiative (CFWI)
Build and lead a small, strong team to connect with Corporate HR leaders.
Develop corporate relationships and create opportunities to conduct personal-finance
awareness sessions.
Coordinate initial corporate engagement and hand over confirmed opportunities to the
business team for execution.
Build sustained relationships and create opportunities for repeat engagement.
4. Performance, Culture & Engagement
Establish clear KRAs/KPIs, goal-setting, feedback and performance-review processes.
Drive meaningful engagement through recognition, celebrations, team activities, trips and
experiences that create a strong sense of belonging.
5. HR Systems & Governance
Strengthen the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to development
and exit.
Build scalable HR policies, processes, employee handbook and HRMS/automation.
Ensure statutory compliance, professional conduct and fair resolution of employee concerns.
What We Look For
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven experience across talent acquisition, LCD and employee engagement.
Strong relationships and network within the HR ecosystem across industries, particularly with corporate HR.
Ability to challenge constructively while maintaining trust and professionalism.
Comfortable building systems and teams from the ground up, rather than simply managing established processes.
