Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.
- Create and oversee promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Manage content creation for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance and optimize marketing spend for maximum return on investment.
- Lead lead-generation initiatives and coordinate with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.
- Build relationships with apartment associations, corporate clients, schools, and community groups.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Manage branding and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team and external agencies or freelancers when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fitness, wellness, retail, or consumer services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.
- Experience with campaign planning, analytics, and budget management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of graphic design and video content planning.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data and make evidence-based decisions.

- Monthly lead generation targets.

Pay: ₹12,416.13 - ₹56,687.90 per month
