We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses, career paths, and educational institutions. The role involves understanding student needs, providing accurate information, and supporting them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and academic pathways
- Provide detailed information about programs, eligibility, and admissions
- Assist students with application and documentation processes
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain student records and track conversions
- Coordinate with institutions, trainers, or internal teams
