Job Title: Aluminium Formwork Engineer

Salary: 35,000 to 60,000
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate formwork system layout, panel arrangement, and sequencing for construction activities.
- Ensure proper installation, alignment, and dismantling of aluminium formwork systems at the project site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, structural engineers, and construction teams to resolve design and installation issues.
- Review BOQ, material requirements, and panel quantities for aluminium formwork systems.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure formwork is installed as per approved drawings and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to supervisors and workers on proper formwork usage.
- Monitor formwork productivity, cycle time, and efficiency to improve project performance.
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance during formwork erection and concrete pouring stages.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for formwork fabrication, delivery, and modifications.
- Prepare method statements, technical reports, and progress documentation related to formwork activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in aluminium formwork system
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, structural drawings, and formwork design.
- Experience in high-rise building projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
