About the Role:-
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with 5+ years of overall HR experience, including 1–2 years of Talent Acquisition experience specifically in an Architecture & Interior Design firm. The candidate should have hands-on experience hiring Architects, Interior Designers, Designers, Project Managers, and other related profiles.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Manage offers, follow-ups, and onboarding.
Support basic HR operations and employee coordination.
Requirements:-
5+ years of overall HR experience.
1–2 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an Architecture & Interior Design firm – Mandatory.
Proven experience hiring Architects and Interior Designers.
Strong communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good understanding of architecture/interior design roles and talent requirements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
