Living Assets Builder Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate company focused on plots, farmland, villas, flats, and land development projects around Guduvanchery and South Chennai. Our marketing is highly content-driven — especially short-form videos, reels, on-ground branding, and lead generation campaigns.
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who understands current social media trends, enjoys creating content, and can help us grow our digital presence through consistent execution.
What You’ll Work On
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook content for real estate projects
- Assist in property shoot planning, outdoor video shoots, and trending reel execution
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Davinci Resolve, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Write strong hooks, captions, CTAs, and WhatsApp promotional content
- Help manage daily posting schedules and maintain content consistency
- Research trending reel formats, viral audios, and competitor content ideas
- Support Meta lead generation campaigns with creatives and ad content
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams during launches, site visits, and events
- Capture behind-the-scenes office culture, customer interactions, and project updates
- Organize content files, thumbnails, reels, and social media assets properly
Who Will Fit This Role
- Someone active on Instagram and familiar with current content trends
- Comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating shoots if required
- Interested in digital marketing, branding, and real estate content
- Fast learner with a creative mindset and execution focus
- Able to travel locally for site visits and content shoots
- Tamil communication is important; basic English required
Preferred Skills
- Canva / CapCut / Davinci Resolve / Premiere Pro
- Basic photography or mobile videography skills
- Understanding of Instagram growth and engagement
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads is an advantage
